Terms of service

These terms apply when you use MakeMyCVAI.com and its apps, provided by (to be added by the site owner). By creating an account you agree to them and to the privacy policy.

Your account

• Give accurate account details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. You must be 18 or older, or use the service with a parent's or guardian's consent.

Your content

• Your CVs, letters and photos belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
• You are responsible for what your CV says. Only include true information about your education, work, skills and licences.
• Do not upload content you have no right to use, or anything unlawful.

AI suggestions

AI features suggest wording based on what you entered. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Read every suggestion before you use it; you decide what goes into your CV and you are responsible for it. The ATS check is a guide to completeness and readability, not a guarantee of how any employer's software or recruiter will rate you.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create false documents, impersonate someone, send spam, break the law, attack or overload the service, copy it with automated tools, or get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and payments

• The Free plan costs nothing. Its features and limits are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.
• Pro is a one-time payment for the period shown (one month or one year). It does not renew automatically. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• If you paid but did not get Pro, or were charged twice, write to us within 7 days with the payment id and we will fix it or refund it. Details are in the cancellation and refund policy.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless the pricing page says otherwise.

The service

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of important CVs by downloading them. We may change or improve features over time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as a missed job opportunity, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; where reasonable we will tell you why.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of (to be added by the site owner).
