Shipping and delivery policy

MakeMyCVAI.com is an online service provided by (to be added by the site owner). We do not sell or ship physical goods, and there are no shipping charges.

How you receive what you pay for

• Pro is activated on your MakeMyCVAI account as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a minute.
• You use it by signing in on the website or the app, anywhere. Your CVs and cover letters are downloaded as PDF or Word files from your account.
• The pricing page and your Account page show the date your Pro period ends.

If Pro does not appear

Sign out and back in first. If Pro is still not shown an hour after a successful payment, write to support@makemycvai.com with the payment id from your Razorpay receipt. We will activate it or refund you as described in our cancellation and refund policy.
