Cancellation and refund policy

This policy covers payments for MakeMyCVAI Pro, provided by (to be added by the site owner). The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.

Cancellation

• Pro is a one-time payment for the period shown on the pricing page (one month or one year).
• It never renews automatically and we never charge your card or UPI again without you paying again. There is no subscription to cancel.
• When the period ends your account moves back to the Free plan. Your CVs and cover letters stay in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deleting the account ends any remaining Pro time.

Refunds

We refund a payment when:

• you paid but Pro was not activated on your account and we cannot fix it, or
• you were charged twice for the same purchase.

Write to support@makemycvai.com within 7 days of the payment, from the email on your account, with the payment id from your Razorpay receipt. For any other refund request, write to us and explain what happened. We usually reply within two working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent through Razorpay to the card, bank account or UPI app you paid with. Once we have sent it, your bank decides how long it takes to appear.
